Yes, we welcome outside catering! We require all food vendors to be fully licensed and insured, and we provide them access to our staging kitchen. For alcohol, you may bring your own beverages, but they must be served by a licensed and insured bartender under a Washington state banquet permit.
We have you covered! In case of rain, your ceremony can easily transition inside the Grand Barn under our cathedral ceilings. We review the weather forecast together 24 hours prior to your wedding to make the final layout decision, and our team handles all transition setup at no extra cost.
Yes, we have a dedicated, lighted parking lot that accommodates up to 90 vehicles. The parking lot is located close to the main venue entrance. We provide parking coordinators to guide your guests, and we have designated accessible parking spaces adjacent to the paved walkways.
Absolutely. Inclusion is very important to us. The Grand Barn, preparation suites, restrooms, cocktail deck, and outdoor ceremony meadow are all fully wheelchair accessible. All main walkways are laid with level, hard-packed gravel or timber decking.
To reserve your date, we require a 25% non-refundable booking deposit and a signed contract. The remaining balance is split into two equal payments, due 6 months and 30 days before your event. A refundable $500 damage deposit is also required with the final payment.
In compliance with Silver Creek county noise ordinances, outdoor music must conclude by 9:30 PM. Indoor amplified music is permitted within the Grand Barn until 10:00 PM. We require all guests to depart the venue by 10:30 PM to allow for vendor cleanup.
